Included is linen, electricity, water.

All necessary home appliances are available and may be used.

 

 Basically our family uses the first floor in summer. But the rest of the year and sometimes also in summer, this floor may be rented too.

 

from 01.05 bis 30.09 :

basic price per floor and day 55,00 €

plus:

we charge a flatrate of 8,00 € per adult, 

for children (up to 18 years) we charge 5,00 € per day

 

from 01.10 bis 30.04 :

basic price per floor and day 30,00 €

plus:

we charge a flatrate of 8,00 € per adult, 

for children (up to 18 years) we charge 5,00 € per day

 

 

cleaning after your holiday 100.- € per floor

 

 

Should you wish to stay alonein the entire house, you should inquire early.

Usually we ask for a compensation of the other floor´s rent of 25,00 € per day.

 

 

minimum stay is 7 nights
